Article 11 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

The revised terms shall take effect from the announced effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Conference performs the following tasks:

• Accepting and processing event participation applications
• Other tasks determined by the Conference

The Conference may change the content of the services in the event of changes in technical specifications or unavoidable circumstances.

Regarding service suspension and information storage/use:

• The Conference is not responsible for any failure to store, deletion, non-delivery, or loss of communication data caused by force majeure such as national emergencies, power outages, or service equipment failures beyond the Site's control.
• If the Site must temporarily suspend services due to unavoidable reasons, the Conference may provide prior notice one week in advance. If circumstances do not allow, the notice period may be reduced or omitted.
• If services are permanently suspended due to the Site's circumstances, a one-month prior notice will be provided.

Article 5 (Formation of Service Agreement)

The service agreement is established when a user completes the registration form provided by the Site.

The Conference may reject or cancel applications in the following cases:

• False information is provided in the application
• The application violates these terms, is illegal, or deemed improper

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Legal disputes arising from electronic commerce between the Conference and users shall be governed by the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If the address is unknown or if the user resides overseas, the competent court shall be determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
