The event is open to anyone interested in satellite applications and the space industry, including public institutions, companies, research institutes, academic professionals, and general attendees.
On-site registration is available on the day of the event; however, we recommend pre-registration for smoother event operations.
Printed copies of the program book (including presentation abstracts) will be distributed to attendees on the day of the event. Please note that presentation materials themselves will not be included in the program book due to copyright restrictions.
The Speaker Application page is intended for confirmed speakers to submit their information. Please note that applying through this page does not guarantee a speaking opportunity. We regret that we cannot accommodate all requests to present, and we hope to welcome you as a speaker at a future event.
The detailed program schedule, speaker lineup, and exhibition booth arrangements will be announced progressively through the official website prior to the event.
Parking at the venue, Daejeon Convention Center (DCC), operates on a paid basis, and parking fees are not provided by the organizers; we recommend using public transportation. The Satellite Application Conference 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and efficiently.

These terms and conditions take effect when posted on the Site or otherwise notified to users.
The Conference may revise these terms in compliance with applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
In case of revision, the Conference will specify the effective date and reason for the change and notify users by posting on the main page of the Site from 7 days before the effective date. If the changes are unfavorable to users, a grace period of at least 30 days will be given.
The revised terms shall take effect from the announced effective date.

Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior approval from the Conference.
The Conference prioritizes handling complaints and suggestions submitted by users. If prompt processing is not possible, users will be informed of the reason and schedule.
Legal disputes arising from electronic commerce between the Conference and users shall be governed by the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If the address is unknown or if the user resides overseas, the competent court shall be determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
