The Satellite Application Conference 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and efficiently.

These terms and conditions take effect when posted on the Site or otherwise notified to users.
The Conference may revise these terms in compliance with applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior approval from the Conference.
The Conference prioritizes handling complaints and suggestions submitted by users. If prompt processing is not possible, users will be informed of the reason and schedule.
Legal disputes arising from electronic commerce between the Conference and users shall be governed by the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If the address is unknown or if the user resides overseas, the competent court shall be determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
